zero - never got hooked on them

Yes!

1-2 -
6. What city in the your country is your favorite to vacation in?
This is the tough question. I live near SF and there are lots of cheap flights to Vegas that I take advantage of -- so I've had lots of chances to enjoy those cities. Because I have been there less often, I guess it would have to be New York City.

Almost always from the airline web site.
